For regulations + updates regarding your event please visit the Government of Ontario website. Continue to communicate with your venue + vendors with regard to event numbers and restrictions. Please understand updates happen frequently + navigating the information can sometimes be challenging.

• As of March 21, 2022, the mask mandate was officially lifted in Ontario. Clients will have a choice of if they want to wear a mask while waiting to be photographed.

• As of March 21, 2022, prescreening emails sent 24 hours before your session are no longer required. If any member of the session is feeling ill I ask that you notify me and we find a date to reschedule.

• If you have selected a studio space their protocols may differ from mine. We will follow their rules in the space (examples may include wearing a mask in hallways or completing screening forms). The photo community is small & it is important we are respectful of other businesses' wishes. Everyone is doing the best they can; it is important to be kind & respectful.

• The client must follow guidelines & regulations set by The Government of Ontario in regard to event numbers and social distancing.  In the event that the guidelines are not being followed, the photographer will have the right to an early departure from the event and no refunds will be provided.

Please understand that times are still uncertain and we are still in a global pandemic. Changes may occur in the future and restrictions may be implemented again. All "Covid-19 Session Guidelines" in your client contract will still be in effect.
